The organization had a long history as a pioneer in the industry and extra attention to change management was warranted to ensure adoption of the new processes and systems.
Trenegy developed and delivered a detailed project and change management plan to ensure stakeholders were engaged appropriately and new processes were rolled out without disrupting day-to-day operations. This included designing and delivering detailed communications and training to ensure stakeholder acceptance and knowledge retention.
