A healthcare service provider was looking to grow and acquire new facilities but first wanted to automate the reporting and analytics of its current facilities. Each hospital had its own accounting systems, making it difficult to have a standard view of financial and operating performance.
Trenegy developed a standard set of metrics, reporting requirements, and data definitions and mapped them to the individual accounting systems. We also developed automated data extracts and standardized views in Power BI.
