A global chemical company recently implemented a new global ERP system to standardize processes and integrate information across the company. The ERP solution’s business case promised cost reductions across all support functions; however, the savings were not being achieved.
Our team was hired to assess the organization’s processes and develop a clear organization alignment strategy for the global organization.
