Bill started his career in industry in planning for a consumer products manufacturer, finance manager for an energy company and as an analyst for a large retailer. He leveraged this experience to build a finance consulting practice in Ernst & Young’s Middle Market Consulting group. He then joined Deloitte as the partner leading the Finance Consulting Practice for the Gulf Coast region where he served clients in the oil and gas, manufacturing, services and retail industries. During his time at Deloitte, Bill was instrumental in developing the firm's finance methodologies and building the national oil and gas practice. Bill was a national leader for the Energy Practice’s client service efforts and was engaged to speak on a variety of topics including financial reporting, planning and oil and gas leading practices.
Bill is best known for his ability to help companies design and implement processes and systems to support public offerings. His experience also includes: financial process improvement, organization design, planning and forecasting, board governance and ERP system implementations.
Bill believes in giving back to the community and serves on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors for Boys & Girls Country and on the Board of Directors for Colorado Uplift. Bill is a member of Financial Executives International, the Turnaround Management Association, and the National Association of Corporate Directors. Bill holds an MBA from Baylor University in Waco, Texas and a BS in Economics from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.

Peter Purcell has over 27 years of business and consulting experience focused on helping high growth and middle market companies better understand, adopt and utilize ERP solutions. Peter has held a variety of positions within industry including analyst at Shell Oil, chief operating officer of a small business, and interim CIO at three energy companies.
Peter’s passion for helping solve strategic issues that hamper a company’s ability to manage growth and change led him to consulting where he became the partner in charge of the ERP practice for Ernst & Young Middle Market Consulting in Texas. He opened and managed the Ernst & Young consulting office in Austin, Texas which was focused on helping new companies plan and manage rapid growth. Soon after, he joined Deloitte to start and successfully grow the oil and gas ERP practice.
Peter is best known for being a translator between business and IT for clients as they address strategic issues. He has helped companies in the oil & gas, manufacturing, and services industries select and implement fit-for-purpose ERP solutions, improve processes, obtain value from their organizations and implement change.
Peter believes in giving back to the community and has served on the board of several non-profit organizations, currently serving on the Board of Directors for Boys & Girls Country. He is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors and the Turnaround Management Association. Peter received an MBA from Georgetown University in Washington, DC and a BS in Computer Science from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
