Attempt going for a run in the crisp, thin air.

6:25-6:45 a.m.
Get ready for the long day ahead.

6:45-7:00 a.m.
Read the daily excerpt from My Utmost for His Highest. Catch up on current events through The 10-Point, a daily news briefing from the Editor in Chief of The Wall Street Journal.

7:00-7:05 a.m.
Pack up belongings and head to the hotel lobby to checkout and store luggage.

7:05-7:20 a.m.
Pick up morning coffee and depart for Hyatt Regency Denver for The Denver Business Journal CFO Forum.

7:20-7:30 a.m.
Network with other Forum attendees.

7:30-9:00 a.m.
Eat breakfast and hear from the CFOs of some of Denver’s fastest growing companies.

9:00-9:15 a.m.
Exchange business cards with new connections and depart for client office.

9:15-9:30 a.m.
Arrive at office, set up in the conference room and catch up on emails.

9:30-9:45 a.m.
Meet with Trenegy team to set expectations for the remainder of the day.

9:45-10:00 a.m.
Schedule follow-up meetings with client team members who cannot attend afternoon meetings.

10:00-10:55 a.m.
Begin rationalizing global organization model and client employee data.

10:55-11:00 a.m.
Debate what new Denver restaurant the team will explore for lunch.

11:00-12:00 p.m.
Walk to lunch, eat outside and enjoy the weather.

12:00-1:00 p.m.
Return to the office and begin building out project deliverables.

1:00-2:55 p.m.
Facilitate initial function level guiding principles meeting.

2:55-3:00 p.m.
Pick up afternoon coffee.

3:00-4:00 p.m.
Facilitate more function level guiding principles meetings.

4:00-5:00 p.m.
Continue rationalizing global organization model and client employee data.

5:00-6:00 p.m.
Meet with client project manager to provide a status update and to plan for the next week.

6:00-6:45 p.m.
Head to the hotel to pick up luggage and take the train to the airport.

6:45-8:00 p.m.
Arrive at the airport, speed through security, make some phone calls and eat dinner.

8:00-11:30 p.m.
Fly back to Houston and look forward to the spending the next day in the office with co-workers.
